1. Wie kann ich Jonny Fresh nutzen?

Ganz einfach, du loggst dich über die Website oder per App mit deinem Jonny Fresh Firmenkonto ein, bestellst die Abholung deiner Wäsche und bringst diese in deinem personalisierten Jonny Fresh Wäschesack in die Abgabestation. 2 mal wöchentlich holt ein Jonny Fresh Fahrer die gesammelte Wäsche ab und übergibt sie der Reinigung. Frisch gewaschen und gebügelt wird deine Wäsche anschließend mit der nächsten Wäschelieferung in der Abholstation für dich bereitgestellt, wo du sie in einer freien Minute abholen kannst.
Achtung: Wir nehmen keine Aufträge ohne vorherige Online-Bestellung an! Bestelle bis Dienstag um 05:00 Uhr und gib deine Schmutzwäsche am selben Tag bis spätestens kurz vor 12:00 Uhr in der Wäschestation ab, damit sie der JF Fahrer am selben Tag mitnehmen kann. Bestellungen, die freitags abgeholt werden sollen, müssen bis 05:00 Uhr gebucht und bis spätestens kurz vor 12:00 Uhr abgegeben werden.

2. Wie erstelle ich ein Dr. Richard Firmenkonto?

Um von unserem System als Dr. Richard Mitarbeiter erkannt zu werden, musst du bei der Registrierung den Bereich “Registrierst du dich für eine Firma?” anklicken und anschließend den Firmencode DRRCH eintragen.

3. Wann und wo erfolgen Abgabe und Bereitstellung meiner Wäsche?

Du kannst deine Wäsche ganz einfach flexibel in der Jonny Fresh Wäschestation abgeben sowie abholen. Die Servicestation ist für Mitarbeiter von Dr. Richard jederzeit zugänglich und befindet sich im Aufenthaltsraum. Jonny Fresh leert die Abgabestation dienstags und freitags zwischen 12:00 und 14:00 Uhr und stellt gleichzeitig die frische Wäsche bereit. Dreckige Wäsche sollte am gebuchten Tag vor 12:00 Uhr abgeben werden, frische Wäsche kann nach 14:00 Uhr abgeholt werden.
Achtung: Benutze bitte unbedingt deinen personalisierten Wäschesack. Unser Jonny Fresh Fahrer nimmt ausschließlich Wäsche entgegen, die sich in dem Jonny Fresh Wäschesack befindet!

4. Was passiert wenn ich verhindert bin und meine Wäsche erst nach 12 Uhr in die Wäschestation bringen kann?

Wenn du deine Wäsche erst nach 12:00 Uhr abgibst, kann unser Fahrer deine Wäsche mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mitnehmen. Die Reinigung und anschließende Bereitstellung kann dann erst mit dem darauffolgenden Termin erfolgen.

5. Woher bekomme ich einen Jonny Fresh Wäschesack?

Deinen mit Namen, Firmencode und Kundennummer versehenen Wäschesack kannst du vor deiner ersten Bestellung gegen Vorlage deiner Jonny Fresh Kundennummer bei deinem Ansprechpartner (siehe Standortinformationen) abholen.

6. Wo finde ich meine Kundennummer?

Du findest deine Kundennummer in der Mail, die wir dir zur Bestätigung deiner Registrierung schicken. Zudem ist die Kundennummer auch in deinem Jonny Fresh Konto unter „Meine Kontaktdaten“ hinterlegt.

7. Was muss ich tun, wenn ich meinen Wäschesack verloren habe oder der Wäschesack kaputt ist?

Wenn du deinen Wäschesack verloren hast oder dein vorhandener Wäschesack nicht mehr zu benutzen ist, wende dich an deinen Ansprechpartner (siehe Standortinformationen), der dir gegen Vorlage deiner Kundennummer einen neuen JF Wäschesack geben kann.

8. Was muss ich tun, wenn sich die Plastikkarte von meinem Wäschesack gelöst hat oder die Beschriftung nicht mehr zu lesen ist?

Sollte die Beschriftung nicht mehr zu lesen sein kannst du diese ganz einfach mit einem wasserfesten Stift erneuern. Bei deinem Ansprechpartner kannst du dir außerdem ein neues Kärtchen besorgen, wenn die alte Plastikkarte nicht länger zu benutzen ist.

9. Wie wird meine frische Wäsche geliefert?

Deine sauberen Sachen erhältst du auf Kleiderbügeln geschützt in Folie oder bei gelegten Textilien, wie z.B. bei Flachwäsche, in Papier verpackt. Die Wäsche sowie dein Wäschesack werden in der Wäschestation für dich bis zur Abholung gelagert.

Übrigens: Wenn du keine weitere Verwendung für die Drahtkleiderbügel hast, kannst du die Bügel gerne an Jonny Fresh zurückgeben. Je nach Zustand können wir die Bügel dann wiederverwenden. Hänge die leeren Kleiderbügel einfach in die Wäschestation, damit sie der Fahrer mitnehmen kann.

10. Was kostet die Abholung und Lieferung?

Die Abholung und Lieferung der Wäsche für Dr. Richard Mitarbeiter ist kostenlos. Du musst lediglich einen Mindestbestellwert von 10€ für die Reinigung deiner Sachen erreichen.

11. Wie lange dauert die Bearbeitung meiner Wäsche?

Grundsätzlich bearbeiten wir deine Wäsche bis zur nächsten Wäschelieferung. Wer seine Wäsche dienstags abholen und reinigen lässt, kann seine Wäsche ab Freitag in der Wäschestation abholen. Wäsche, die freitags abgeholt wird, wird ab Dienstag bereitgestellt. Es gibt jedoch Ausnahmen, in denen die Bearbeitungszeit eine Woche beträgt. Die genaue Bearbeitungszeit findest du im Bestellprozess beim jeweils zu reinigenden Wäscheartikel.

1. Wie löse ich Gutscheine ein?

Melde dich über die Website oder per App bei Jonny Fresh an und fülle deinen Warenkorb. Klicke dann auf “Gutschein einlösen?”, gib den Code ein und klicke auf “einlösen”. Automatisch wird nun der Gutschein mit der Gesamtsumme verrechnet.

2. Kann ich als Firmenkunde auch von zu Hause aus bestellen?

Nach Belieben kannst du den Service von Jonny Fresh auch zu Hause oder auf Reisen (z.B. nach Berlin) im Hotel nutzen. Allerdings können Abgaben und Bereitstellungen auf dem Firmengelände nicht mit Adressen außerhalb kombiniert werden. Es ist also z.B. nicht möglich, die Wäsche zu Hause abzugeben und sich in das Office von Dr. Richard liefern zu lassen.

3. Welche Bezahlmethoden werden angeboten?

Du kannst bequem online mit PayPal oder Kreditkarte (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) oder per SEPA Lastschrift zahlen. Für mehr Informationen, kontaktiere bitte unseren Support.

4. Warum werden mir unterschiedliche Preise angezeigt?

Als Dr. Richard Mitarbeiter kannst von einem Mitarbeiterrabatt profitieren. Wenn du dich mit deinem Firmenkonto bei Jonny Fresh anmeldest, sind die Preise für unseren Büro-Service deswegen günstiger.

1. Welche Reinigungsleistungen werden angeboten?

Wir reinigen oder waschen (fast) alles, wie z.B. Business-Garderobe, Jacken, Mäntel und Festtagsbekleidung, aber auch Tischdecken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. In ausgewählten Produktgruppen kann auch eine Imprägnierung hinzu bestellt werden.

2. Wer reinigt die Kleidung?

Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt durch Jonny Fresh. Wir arbeiten hierbei eng mit ausgewählten und streng geprüften Textilreinigungen und Wäschereien aus deiner Region zusammen, für deren Sorgfalt wir mit unserem Namen stehen.

3. Was ist, wenn ein Fleck nicht entfernt wurde oder andere Probleme aufgetreten sind?

Du kannst uns telefonisch oder per E-Mail kontaktieren. Bei notwendigen Nachbearbeitungen holen und liefern wir deine Sachen kostenlos.
