Fresh laundry for GHOTEL Group employees
Are you up to your ears in work while longing for a leisurely evening, but the shirts & blouses waiting at home to be washed and ironed are holding you back? Not to worry, Jonny Fresh is now pleased to be taking that work off the hands of GHOTEL Group employees! Simply drop off your dirty laundry at the clothes rail at open office and spend your free evening doing something truly fun. In the meantime, Jonny Fresh will pick up your laundry and return it to the company freshly washed and ironed, leaving it for you on the clothes rail at open office. At a fair price and with the best possible results!

How it works:
Personalized laundry bag
Register yourself and enter your company code on our website or the app. After registration, you will receive your personalized laundry bag from the office management, after you present your customer number, which is sent to you in an e-mail.
Dirty laundry drop
Place your order at jonnyfresh.com or on the app. Then drop your personalized laundry bag (filled!) on the clothes rail at open office BEFORE the pickup time you have booked.
3 Pickup & cleaning
The Jonny Fresh driver will retrieve the orders at the previously agreed times (see location information).
4 Fresh laundry
Once the laundry has been cleaned, the Jonny Fresh driver will drop your order back on the clothes rail at open office. You can now pick up your laundry when you have time.
1. How do I use Jonny Fresh?
It’s easy, all you have to do is log in with your Jonny Fresh company account on the website or through the app, place an order for your laundry to be picked up, and take it in your personalized Jonny Fresh laundry bag to the clothes rail at open office. A Jonny Fresh driver will retrieve the collected laundry once a week and take it to be cleaned. Your freshly washed and ironed laundry will then be dropped off for you on the clothes rail at open office, with the next laundry delivery, and you can pick it up there when you have a moment.
Attention: We won’t accept any orders that aren’t submitted online ahead of time! Order by e.g. Tuesday at 5:00 a.m. to have the driver pick up your laundry the same day and be sure to leave it at the clothes rail at open office before 10:00 a.m.
2. How do I create a GHOTEL Group company account?
To ensure our system recognizes that you are a GHOTEL Group employee, you will have to click in the “Are you registering for a company” area during registration and then enter the company code.
3. When and where can I drop off and pick up my laundry?
You can drop your laundry off and pick it up at the clothes rail at open office. It’s available to GHOTEL Group employees at any time. Jonny Fresh picks up all the laundry once a week while at the same time leaving the fresh laundry at the clothes rail at open office. Dirty laundry needs to be dropped off on the day that has been booked before the pickup time.
Attention: Please be sure to use your personalized laundry bag. Our Jonny Fresh driver will only accept laundry that is inside a Jonny Fresh laundry bag!
4. What happens if I am delayed and can only drop off my laundry after the pickup time?
If you drop off your laundry too late, our driver won’t be able to take your laundry with them. We will have to clean and deliver your laundry on the next available date.
5. Where do I get a Jonny Fresh laundry bag?
You can pick up your laundry bag marked with your company name and company code before your first order by presenting your Jonny Fresh customer number from the office management.
6. Where do I find my customer number?
You can find your customer number in the e-mail we send you to confirm registration. The customer number is also stored in your Jonny Fresh account under “My Contact Information”.
7. What should I do if I lose my laundry bag or it is no longer usable?
If your laundry bag is lost or no longer usable, go to the office management. There you will get a new laundry bag.
8. What should I do if the plastic card comes off of my laundry bag or the writing is no longer legible?
If the writing is no longer legible, you can easily trace over it with a permanent pen. From the office management you also get a new card once the old plastic card is no longer usable.
9. How is my fresh laundry delivered?
You will receive your clean articles hung on a hanger and protected by wrapping or, in the case of textiles, such as flat, folded laundry that cannot be hung up, packed in paper. Your laundry and laundry bag will be held for you at the clothes rail at open office, until you pick them up.
By the way: If you do no further need the wire hangers, you are welcome to return them to Jonny Fresh. Depending on the condition, we can then reuse them. Simply leave the empty hangers in the service room so that the driver can take them with them.
10. How much do pickup and delivery cost?
Laundry pickup and delivery is free for GHOTEL Group employees. The charge for cleaning your things only has to meet a minimum order value of EUR 10.
11. How long will it take to process my laundry?
We will generally process your laundry by the next laundry delivery. Anyone who drops off their laundry for pickup and cleaning on e.g. Tuesday can pick up their laundry from the clothes rail starting next Tuesday. The exact processing time for each article of clothing can be found in the order process.
1. Can the pickup and delivery addresses be different?
At your convenience, you can also use the Jonny Fresh service at home or while traveling (for example to Berlin) in the hotel. However, drops and deliveries within the company premises can not be combined with addresses outside. It is thus e.g. not possible to hand over the laundry at home and have it delivered to the premises of GHOTEL Group.
2. How do I redeem vouchers?
Register with Jonny Fresh through the website or via the app and fill your laundry basket. Then click on “Redeem voucher?”, enter the code, and click on “Redeem”. The voucher amount will then automatically count toward the total amount.
3. Which payment methods are offered?
You can conveniently pay online with PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or you by SEPA Direct Debit. For more information, please contact our support team.
1. Which cleaning services are offered?
We will clean or wash (almost) anything, including business wear, jackets, coats, and festive apparel as well as table cloths, bed linens, and towels. Waterproofing can also be offered for select product groups.
2. Who cleans the clothing?
Jonny Fresh performs the services. We work closely with select, carefully screened textile cleaning and laundry companies from the region and can vouch for the care with which they provide their services.
3. What if a stain isn’t removed or other problems arise?
You can contact us over the phone or via email. If something needs to be cleaned again, we will pick it up and deliver it again free of charge.
