Jonny Fresh delivers fresh laundry directly into the car trunk

From now on, Jonny Fresh offers a trunk delivery service for laundry via the service “We Deliver”. This consists in a cooperation with Volkswagen, in which a Jonny Fresh driver picks up the dirty laundry from the parked car and hangs the freshly washed and ironed textiles in the car. The car is unlocked and locked via app, so that the car driver does not have to be present during the collection or delivery of the laundry. Textile cleaning could not be simpler and more time-saving. Use your trunk as a delivery address now!

How does the trunk delivery service for laundry work?

You can use the trunk delivery service for laundry in all German cities in which we offer textile cleaning for private customers.

Attention: So far, the trunk delivery service for laundry via “We Deliver” is not available in Austria.

In order to be able to use the Volkswagen “We Deliver” service for the pickup and delivery of the laundry, you must own a car with which “We Connect Plus” can be used. Moreover, you need a Volkswagen ID user account. Since Jonny Fresh is responsible for the cleaning, as well as for the pickup and delivery of the laundry, you also need a Jonny Fresh customer account to book the laundry service.

The new Passat and the new Arteon are standardly equipped with the hardware required for the usage of “We Connect Plus”. For the Golf, Golf Sportsvan, Golf Variant, Passat, Passat Variant, Tiguan, Tiguan Allspace, Touareg, Touran and T-Roc, the corresponding hardware can be ordered optionally, depending on the equipment line.

Register with Jonny Fresh or log in with your existing customer account. Link your Volkswagen ID account to your Jonny Fresh customer account with just a few clicks and manually enter relevant information about your car into the Jonny Fresh account, so that the Jonny Fresh driver can more easily identify your car. After that, you can select the “We Deliver” trunk delivery option in your Jonny Fresh account.

Please park your car at least one hour before the chosen time window begins, within a radius of max. 500m from the address given by you at the time of booking. The Jonny Fresh driver will then look for your car, which they can open during the booked time slot via smartphone. The laundry that is ready to be picked up in the car is brought by the driver to the dry cleaner, and already cleaned and ironed laundry is neatly stored in the car for you.

Attention: Laundry pickups and deliveries at inaccessible places such as parking garages or underground parking are not possible!

As long as the driver has not left yet, you can make changes yourself to the laundry pickup from your car as well as to the delivery of the fresh laundry in your car. Please inform our customer service by phone about any changes that may occur after the departure of the driver.

Of course, the address for the laundry pickup may differ from the subsequent delivery address. You can have, for example, your laundry collected for cleaning from your car parked outside your workplace and, once cleaned, delivered in your car parked somewhere else, or i.e. to your home or office.

The pickup and delivery times for the trunk delivery service for laundry correspond exactly to the times you can book as a private customer in a particular city.

Since the trunk delivery service consists in a depersonalized delivery of the cleaned laundry, the textile cleaning can not be paid in cash. Payments via Amazon Pay, PayPal or by credit card are possible as usual.
